Summary:博士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 107 === This study was designed to investigate the relationship among role stress, resistance to change, organizational support and job burnout in junior high schools. This study adopted methods of document analysis and questionnaire survey based on the results of literature analysis. Randomly selected samples of 1,200 teachers from 49 junior high schools in Taiwan for the 2017 academic year 1,028 valid questionnaires were returned with the valid return rate of 86.67%. The SPSS and AMOS were applied for the data analysis of frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and hierarchical linear modeling. The conclusions of the study were as follows: 1. The organizational support of junior high school teachers has a negative correlation in role stress, resistance to change and job burnout. 2. The junior high school teachers have a lower perception of job burnout in the background of working in an adminidrative positing or being married. 3. The role stress of the junior high school teachers has an impact on job burnout. 4. The resistance to change for the junior high school teachers resists the mediating effect of role stress and job burnout. 5. The organizational support for the junior high school teachers has a cross-level moderation effect between role conflict and depersonalization. 6.The organizational support for the teachers of the junior high school teachers has a cross-level moderation effect between the two groups in terms of emotional reaction and depersonalization, emotional reaction and personal accomplishment.
