Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 107 === This thesis aims to establish an integrated transmission and distribution power networks simulation and analysis technology for the safety and reliability operations of power system. It also provides an interactive simulation analysis platform for integrating analysis of high penetration of wind power and photovoltaic power generation into the transmission and distribution networks; therefore, it overcame the independent analysis of the traditional transmission network and distribution network can’t reflect the interaction between them due to the highly penetration of distributed renewable energy resources. Consequently, Python was used to write script to call the commercial package PSS/E, which was used in transmission network analysis and the OpenDSS, which was used in distribution network analysis, to solve the interactive of transmission and distribution networks considering the wind power and photovoltaic power generation system. The developed integrated simulation technique was used to simulate the transmission and distribution networks interconnected with different proportions of renewable energy of Taipower. At the same time, the co-simulation and analysis platform established by Python language has open source characteristics; therefore, it is convenient for expansion and flexibility of extension, and data exchange for transmission and distribution networks analysis. The outcomes of this thesis was helpful for future integration of simulation analysis applications for high penetration of renewable energies in power systems.
