"Outcome-Driven Innovation" is the innovative concept proposed by companies in recent years,the main focus of which is to illustrate the process of product development and product improvement is to use the understanding of customer needs and customers want to complete the task theory and the use of "Needs- first" approach to meet the real needs of customers and identify product innovation and improvement direction,In order to change the original traditional company in the process of product development with "Idea- first" way to obtain product improvement or development,the main reason is that the failure rate of this method is extremely high. This case study,the main product is door machine products,because this product market belongs to the traditional sales model and the market has reached saturation,so we want to "Jobs-to-be-done Theory" theory and "Outcome Driven Innovation" methodology。Try to use in the case company product "Door Machine",hope that the traditional door machine can re-create another new positioning of the product,and thus increase the product life cycle. none 陳炫碩 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 50 zh-TW
