ISO 14001 was first published in 1996, and was revised respectively in 2004 and 2015. OHSAS 18001 was first published in 2001, and revised in 2007, and was integrated into ISO 45001 by ISO (International Organization for Standardization) on 12 March 2018. With the same cycle model (PDCA cycle), most of the ISO management systems users will try to implement the systems at the same time to reduce waste of labor resources and money. Before ISO launched Annex SL in 2003, in spite of IOS management systems having common feature, there are still different regulatory structures among the various management system standards, which will inevitably cause doubts and troubles when implement. Most organizations have more than one management system standard to enforce and validate, and it use many extra money and resources to implement. ISO established Annex SL, a specification framework that can be applied to every management systems, and will become the basic blueprint of the future. Manage system standards regardless of new or amend. This study intends to integrate two management systems, ISO 14001 and 45001, based on ISO Annex SL. First, analyze the difference among ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 45001. Next, note the main modification of ISO 45001 to analyze and interpret. Last, conduct and record a face-to-face survey, and then organizes and analyze the benefit of the revision.
