Even after the 921 earthquake in Taiwan shocked the global stock market in 1999, Craig Addison wrote an article entitled "The Barrier--Taiwan's Strongest Defense", indicating that once Taiwan's supply problems, any No country can replace Taiwan in the short and medium term。 It relies on Taiwan's strongest defenses – including ICT industry supply chains such as notebooks, desktops, servers and related components, panel displays, semiconductor wafers and networking applications. Further, the US Business Weekly on May 16, 2005, with the title "Why Taiwan Matters？", pointed out that the world economy is not operating in Taiwan. Judging from the development of the above listed products and the role of Taiwan's international division of labor, Taiwan's industrial development is basically a part of the international value supply chain, and it is almost indispensable. However, the electronics industry relies on “OEM” to become an important industry leader, bringing considerable revenue. Let Taiwan's international electronics giants become international companies with revenues of more than $10 billion, but the corresponding revenues face the challenge of "global meager profit." So every industry is looking for a transformation. , Transformation is simple, but it is relatively difficult to implement. Therefore, this study explores the industrial competitiveness of case companies in the laser printer market. How to conduct in-depth discussions and seek solutions in response to changes in the market and customer industry models？ The laser printer itself is a complex How do optical, institutional, and electronic components find a way out in complex and special industrial models？ This study uses SWOT analysis theory, Porter's five-force analysis theory and infrastructure to explore the future of the industry and the path of transformation.
