Due to the increasing occurrence of lifestyle diseases, the development of new therapies in various fields is competing to satisfy for such demand. In the field of biomedical research, the new discoveries have been continuously published, but the competition is fierce. Each project requires significant funding for research and development; the industry is high risk with large funding at stake. Although the researcher observed that the biotechnology industry is behind on managerial thinking of compares to the electronics industry in Taiwan. The researcher is taking management perspective to review the biotechnology company, aim to provide diagnostic recommendations for operation process and management optimization. Make an assessment on the level of integration of production management, financial management, and industry 4.0 compares with the electronics industry. This paper based on the company’s financial report, the researcher found the studied company has inventory management issue; and from profit and loss report to find the company not being profitable. It is targeted to enhance management capability of the researched company from study on process management, logistics management, inventory management to the complete the business cycle. Researcher leveraging on III data mining techniques to explore the new product trend, provide a complete improvement case study for the biotechnology industry competitive advantage. The paper hopes to emulate the concept of precision medicine in the biotechnology industry; it is to enhance the management capability of the biotechnology industry. Based on the US National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health Database, to influence the research company’s product development decision and production priority; use SAP ERP for process utilization, and use FedEx and logistic system efficiency review to improve the practical application. Finally, the researcher uses a financial perspective of the company accounts to summarize the company’s accounting rules to help the company on financial management.
