Summary:碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 管理學院經營管理學程 === 107 === To sustainably provide premium services for the public, enhance the integrated operational efficiency and strengthen business competitiveness, Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd. corresponds with the rapid development of digital finance, smart logistics, to cope with market competition and challenges arose from technology industry. This Company will confront the urgency of transformation and certainly need to adjust the organizational structure and business operation models to follow up the trend of technology development and meet consumers’ needs. Hence, how to adjust organizational structure are the primary tasks. Chunghwa Post has a history of 123 years, yet it ranks fourth in the logistics industry in Taiwan. There is still much space for improvement. Investigating its causes, the reasons are that this Company should continuously promote business reformation, organizational structure cannot follow the strategy targets, and insufficient cultivation and training program of human resource planning. Therefore, this thesis deeply explores adjusting organizational structure to pure privatization or state-owned privatization to meet the needs of market, reach organization targets and performances, and innovate services to lead the postal service to progress together with society.
