Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 機械工程系所 === 107 === The Selective Laser Melting (SLM) process are effected by many variable parameters. If you want to make high-precision workpieces, you can only find the best parameters through actual production, and the target process is not only time-consuming and consumable. In order to solve the above difficulties, this research uses the finite element ANSYS Additive Suite (AM) module to simulate the simulated scenarios and assumptions for the SLM process. Then writing program based on ANSYS which is laser trajectory module belongs to this study. Finally, the simulation and experimental comparison are performed to verify the modularity of the written program. The method will be to make the inclined block with SLM. The material is Maraging Steel 1 (MS1) powder .The simulation results when we considerate powder bed boundary the melting point is reached and close to the ideal cooling rate. The amount of deformation in the stress field is linearly assumed and verified, and the ratio of the vertical and horizontal deformation is close to the experimental result.
