By the time of technology advancement, "product" was given a new definition of "smart networking product" and can be organized into a "system" nowadays with Cloud and Artificial Intelligence. It brings a lot of convenience to human beings and keeps exceed the limitation of technology and be widely used in vary area. Taiwan Netcom (Network and Communicate) industry has developed rapidly and well-recognized in the world. However, Taiwan Netcom usually works as ODM (Own Designing & Manufacturing) and factory are mostly located in China for lower manufacturing cost. With the policy “China Manufacturing 2025”, technology development, innovation and quality capabilities in China already can compete and threat to Taiwan industry in recent years. In the high speed of technology development and high sensitivity of market, if the enterprise cannot grasp the opportunities in time and make right direction, it will be easy phase out by market. The main purpose of this research is to explore the competition of Taiwan Netcom industry in compay A by Five-force Analysis and SWOT through product characteristics and employee composition in digital home products, hoping to find out the relationship between emplyees composition and competitiveness. The result of the study finds that core competencies, strategies and profitability in company A have the most influence on competitive advantage in Taiwan Netcom's digital home products. Among the result, the internal core competence has the most significant impact on the competitive advantage in Taiwan Netcom's digital home products.
