With the transformation of Taiwan's industrial pattern, economic development and average income, salary is no longer the only factor considered by employees. In recent years, the society has promoted the trend of “happy enterprises”. People want to join the ambitions of happy enterprises. Enterprises also hope to enhance their happiness and promote their work performance. However, in addition to the open office environment, free snacks, attractive special vacations, and other excellent employee benefits, the management style of the supervisor, the interactive benefits of the organization, etc., will also affect the Workplace Well-being of employees ? This study explores the impact of Authentic Leadership, Psychological Empowerment, and Organizational Trust on Workplace Well-being. Using the general staff of Hsinchu Science Park as the research population, 548 questionnaires were distributed through the Internet. After the invalid questionnaire was collected and discarded, the number of valid questionnaires was 516. The data were analyzed by SEM structural equation statistical method. The results of this study show that sincere leadership has a positive relationship with employees' Psychological Empowerment, Organizational Trust and Workplace Well-being; Psychological Empowerment and Organizational Trust have a positive relationship to Workplace Well-being. However, psychological empowerment and Organizational Trust have no intermediary effect on the relationship between Authentic leadership and Workplace Well-being. Based on the results of the study, this study proposes and manages the implications of the practice and recommendations for future research.
