Services such as sharing electric scooter and sharing vehicle have formed a global trend. This is a new level compared to traditional lending services. The concept of "sharing" is emphasized here. It is convenient and time-saving for the user to rent an electric scooter using mobile phone, and the supplier can more efficiently configure the resources that he owns, while the platform managers also act as supplier, thus increasing the trust of consumers and having a higher intention to use to achieve a win-win situation. The impact on the consumers’ Intention may be attributed to functional value, novelty value, and emotional value, and may be interfered by perceived risk. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is used as the research framework, and the structural equations are used to analyze how external variables and moderator variables affect the consumers’ intention to use sharing electric scooter in Taipei. The study found that functional value, novelty value and emotional value affect perceived usefulness significantly. Emotional value affect perceived ease of use significantly. Perceived usefulness affect attitude and then affect behavior intension significantly. Financial risks and social risks affect attitude and behavior intension significantly. 陳光華 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 51 zh-TW
