According to the current trend of the Internet of Things (IOT) industry. How can Taiwan's IC design companies meet the challenges of various aspects through the Internet of Things (IOT) industry trend. It is hoped that IC design companies will provide operational opportunities for system developers and Makers to accelerate product development in this software development platform by building a software platform for IoT development. Many creative ideas are implemented on this platform. It is also possible to shorten the time course for developing smart home products to gain operational advantages. This study takes Gary Hamel business model (2000) as structure mainly include core strategies, Strategic Resources, Customer Interface, and Value Network of the business model. At the same time, with the popular academic concepts in recent years: platform economy and innovative service processes as the development platform. Finally, this study uses the secondary data collection method and expert interview method to analyze the operation of the software platform for IC design companies in Taiwan. Strategic feasibility, I hope to confirm this research direction through academic discussion and analysis, and based on the analysis conclusions can also be used as a revision of the subsequent operational strategy, in order to enhance the competitive advantage of this platform in the market, and ultimately create profit.
