The topic application varies in several areas such as disease diagnose, forensic and criminal investigation. Human odor can be emitted from different sources such as skin, sebaceous glands, urine and breath. In this research, we mainly concentrate on a new method to detect the skin gas. Sensor devices and glass cup can be used as instruments distributing to detect the human gas which can be emitted from various places on human body. After using sensor devices to detect gas from human skin, gas sample will be collected to the Tedlar Sample Bag and then we use Gas Chromatography – Mass spectrometer (GC-MS) to analyze chemical compounds. Moreover, the odor emitting from the egg is also detected by using sensor devices and glass cup. The biggest signal getting from eggs is egg white cooked. However, the smallest one is yolk raw Meng, Hsin-Fei 孟心飛 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 43 en_US |
