Summary:碩士 === 國立交通大學 === 光電工程研究所 === 107 === Because with the evolution of quantum mechanics and development in fabrication, Quantum optics accustom a great step forward. We use the Transmons as artificial atoms to improve Quantum optics into Circuit Quantum Electrodynamics (C-QED). We can observe the interaction between Transmons and microwaves by C-QED. The aims of this thesis is to develop our own fabrication technology in Taiwan, so we can design our experiment more easily.Moreover, it can be passed down to the juniors for our lab. I use the Undercut technology to produce a structure known as Dolan Bridge on photoresist, and use thermal evaporator to deposit Al on chip for our device.I measure the normal resistance, and measure the Super-current at last experiment.
