碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 體育推廣學系 === 107 === The purpose of this study is to explore the relevant policies and current situation of employment counseling for elite athletes, and to analyze the benefits, and to put forward conclusions and suggestions for the reference of the applicants. In this study , those who won The Guoguang Athletic Medals and Scholarships level three or above , or participated in the nationwide comprehensive games (which are not held in the comprehensive games, are subject to the national championships, the highest group of competitions. ) As the object of study,The literature analysis method and semi-structured interview method of qualitative study were used. The conclusion of this study is that the employment counseling measures implemented are multi-faceted and perfect than those of various countries, including first , the Chinese Taipei Olympic Committee-athletes employment Career guidance ; and second, serving as a special technical teacher, coach and working in a single sports group; Match to corporate bodies as sports instructors talent; Iv. priority to be included in the Taiwan Sport Lottery dealers; v. Subsidy to participate in employment, entrepreneurship and pre-service training-related courses, to foster the cultivation of sports industry talents ; Vi. to provide subsidized interest and credit guarantee , and to provide subsidized interest and credit guarantee ; and to promote the recruitment of excellent athletes by civil society groups ; Status of implementation aspects , priority to be included in the Taiwan Sport Lottery dealers ; to provide subsidized interest and credit guarantee , and to provide subsidized interest and credit guarantee ; and to promote the recruitment of excellent athletes by civil society groups , these sports policies are more effective. Serving as a special technical teacher, coach and working in a single sports group is the job that most elite athletes want, is also the job that can best use its own expertise . However, due to the limited shortfall, it is expected to recruit full-time sports coaches through the implementation of the sports policy .
