Summary: | 碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 體育推廣學系 === 107 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the use of hula hoops for the theme of kindergarten physical activity. The study was conducted for 22 children in a private kindergarten in Linkou District, New Taipei City. The theme course was held for six weeks, 2 or 3 times a week, for a total of 13 times. Using observation methods to conduct research, record and analyze the learning situation of young children in the hula hoop theme, and explore the behaviors of children learning hula hoops, including body movement, social, language, cognitive and emotions. Results: (1) Body movement: 1. The teacher must give sufficient time and opportunity to improve the child's operational movement skills and mobility skills. 2. Children with better physical coordination learn to shake the hula hoop faster. 3. In the hula hoop theme course, young children fully demonstrate the ability of physical creation; (2) social : 1. Young children divide and work with each other during the hula hoop theme course, and develop cooperative game behavior. 2. If young children find that their peers need help, they will actively use spoken language and physical assistance to demonstrate social behavior. 3. Teachers must always pay attention to whether children understand the rules of the game and review and improve them in a timely manner; (3) Language: To improve children's language skills, they must provide sufficient learning experience, complete physical experience and sufficient time for children;(4) Cognitive: Young children solve the problem of learning hula hoop through observation and imitation; (5) Emotions: Physical performance affects emotional expression ability, which in turn affects the learning outcome of hula hoop.
