Methods: One junior high school male basketball team which participated in first division is recruited. We took LESS as basic, then mixed in anticipated and unanticipated factors. We compared three groups’ LESS scoring in the end. The research used Repeated Measure ANOVA to analysis the differences of the three groups, normal landing, anticipated landing, and unanticipated landing(p<.05). Results: The LESS scoring has no significant difference in three groups, but the number between normal landing-unanticipated group has very close to significant difference(p=.053). Conclusion: From the results of normal landing-unanticipated, it can be known that the landing strategy will affect the original neuromuscular control ability as the instructions given become more complicated. Therefore, open skill training is important to add to the training in order to construct the player correct landing and moving strategy. LIN, CHIN-LI JU, YAN-YIN 林晉利 朱彥穎 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 54 zh-TW
