This the sis described the process of a weightlifter, who started training later than most of the weightlifters, and won the 69 kg gold medal in 69 kg category at the 2017 Universiade. It was worth look into for the progress the athlete had made despite starting late. The individual case performed the snatch score 101 kg, the clean and jerk score 124 kg, and a total of 225 kg, after taking the physical training and changing training pattern and with won the national female gold medal in the National Youth Cup and Universiade Test match in March 2017. This case report summarizes the training related materials in 2017. The training schedule was divided into two parts: weightlifting skill training and physical training. The weightlifting skill training focused on smoothly applying the force. Physical training was divided into weight training and core training. Weight training mainly based on muscular endurance and muscle hypertrophy and at the same time, and also strengthens core muscle strength. After each game, the weightlifting skills and physical training effectively improved according to the insufficient ability of the previous game. And then enhanced the ability that is needed in the games and achieved the best results.
