Methodology: 20 National Taiwan Sport University male archers participated in this study, Olympic round score 660±9 points. In twelve arrow trials captured by the motion analysis system, wireless surface electromyography was used collect archer’s sixteen upper muscle activity and force plate balance by applying center of pressure (COP) trajectory. Moreover, raw parameter is applied according drawing, holding and releasing period classification to (1) running mean %MVC. (2) COP Displacement. (3) arrow location. (4) upper body joint distance. All statistical testing was performed with Microsoft excel software. The significance level was set at p< .05. Results: (1) Mechanical style shooting’s release reaction time has better consistency. (2) Mechanical style shooting’s during drawing period muscle activity has better consistency with the condition flat. The active level of right lower trapezius of drawing period mechanical style shooting is better than rhythm style shooting but one second before clicker fall down the active level of left supraspinatus muscle, left erector spinae muscles, right biceps, right erector spinae muscle and right flexor muscle rhythm style shooting is better. (3) Mechanical style shooting of left latissimus dorsi muscle during drawing period, left supraspinatus muscle and left upper trapezius during one III second after clicker fall down period is better than rhythm style shooting. For rhythm style shooting during drawing period left lower trapezius is better. (4) Mechanical style shooting’s right shoulder and elbow joint distance in Z axis during drawing and anchor moment is bigger than rhythm style shooting. Rhythm style shooting Y axis is bigger. Mechanical style shooting’s right wrist to left wrist joint distance in X axis during clicker fall down moment is bigger than rhythm style shooting and rhythm style shooting after clicker fall down 0.5s moment is bigger. Conclusion: Two different full draw expansion at archery performance, release reaction time and center of pressure has no difference; Meanwhile, in active level of muscle and kinematics according to characteristic of skill has different results.
