Methods: The subjects were 7 college martial arts players (21 ± 1 year old, height 165.8 ± 7.1 cm, weight 62.5 ± 7 kg, training years 10.6 - 2. 9 years). Test method: martial arts special and aerobic anaerobic endurance test, rowing 500 m, running 300 m, running 30 m five items. Each test interval is 48 h. This study used Pearsons product difference correlation to analyze the correlation of various parameters. Result: In the martial arts special test, blood lactic acid formation is between 0.3-5.72 mmol/l, the aerobic threshold speed is between 0.61-2.28 m/s, and the martial arts special test recovery period heart rate is between 105-154 min-1, martial arts special The maximum value of blood lactate was between 9.99-18.55 mmol/l, the threshold value of anaerobic threshold was 1.89-3.28 m/s, the maximum value of blood lactic acid for rowing 500 m was 9.08-16.96 mmol/l, and the maximum value of blood lactate after running 300 m test. 11.4-19.11 mmol/l, the two were not related (r2=0.07), the maximum value of blood lactic acid after martial arts special test was 9.99-18.55 mmol/l, and the maximum value of blood lactic acid after queuing 500 m was 9.08-16.96 mmol/l. It was related to the special presentation (r2=0.32). After 300 m test, the blood lactate was between 11.4-19.11 mmol/l, which was related to the special presentation (r2=0.4). After 30 m test, the maximum value of blood lactate was 2.31-7.71 mmol. /l, the correlation coefficient with the special item is (r2=0.07). Conclusion:The study found that the 300 m running is the closest to the energy path after the martial arts special sports load. Therefore, it is recommended that in the future, in the special training of martial arts, anaerobic endurance can be trained by running 300 m. Through the staged testing, you can also learn the direction of the players training in martial arts. JANG, JIA-TZER 張嘉澤 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 53 zh-TW
