For the organization, it is difficult to manage. The past research is only for job burnout, workplace. Deviation behavior is used for research. Recently, there is a new term called zombie employee. He covers the attitudes of job burnout and workplace bias behavior, and what kind of influence these attitudes have on the organization. The research parent is D Telecom. T customer service center, 15 interviews with 6 supervisors with more than 5 years of experience. These 6 supervisors have been in customer service for many years, and they are all started by the first-line customer service. They are familiar with the working attitude of customer service colleagues. The six supervisors all have colleagues who meet the characteristics of zombie employees, and then classify them according to the vertical influence factors. The categories are mainly based on the motivations of this research: reducing the quality of service and value, the loss of business opportunities, Five results, such as lowering morale and increasing management burden, found that employees have complaints about promotion, salary, and welfare systems within the organization. How to motivate employees to make these attitudes change very worthwhile enterprise management organizations reflect on, and follow-up studies to provide advice.
