Policies for the care of the elderly in major developed countries are generally based on the highest standards of aging at the local level. It is believed that the elderly should naturally age in the communities in which they live, in order to maintain their quality of life, self-respect and privacy. Therefore, the principle of localized care services is more important. The purpose of this study is to find out the current direction of the long-term policy in terms of policy planning, implementation and implementation, and provide the basis for policy revision. The results of this study put forward five major problems, namely, first, long-term service resources shortage and uneven distribution, second, long-term human resources urgently need to be trained and developed, third, long-term information and related service resources to be integrated, four, long photos Five issues such as financial resources will continue to be raised, and five industries will be encouraged to participate in long-term services. The study also proposes these five topics for the relevant government departments to use as a reference for subsequent revision of policies. Therefore, the long-term care policy for the elderly should be developed towards the goal of “aging in the ground”. It is now divided into ABC-level care systems, revitalizing the community environment and promoting the health of the elderly, providing care in many aspects, providing caregivers, a peace of mind and safety. High quality care environment. With the role of coordinating the case in this case, the upward adjustment of policy formulation, revision, and the implementation and promotion of the downward policy will enable long-term 2.0 system to achieve a win-win situation.
