This research is based on the innovative business model, technological innovation, service innovation, and enterprise sustainable management. It analyzes and discusses the business model and life cycle of the electromechanical engineering for the case competition strategy, industry value chain, and business strategy of the case company. This study uses qualitative research methods and hopes to clarify the transmission of mechanical and electrical engineering service innovation and corporate value through in-depth interviews and analysis of secondary data through the case of case companies facing innovation and technology changes or market demand changes. The research results show that the D case company belongs to the small and medium-sized electromechanical planning contractor, in addition to the impact of the fluctuation of the economy, and faces the problem of internal integration within the organization. This study suggests that the establishment of corporate brand value can be successful in integrating the resources of all parties, launching high-profile projects; early grasping market trends and launching urban renewal cases. It also strengthens the management and training of the integrated business department, the engineering department, the personnel department, and the procurement department, and enhances communication and cooperation among various departments and personnel. Introduce innovative technology applications such as virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies for the presentation of building information models (BIMs).
