Professionals can develop but personality traits are not easy to transform. Therefore, this study uses the human resources department of the case company to propose the six personality traits suitable for the company based on the company culture and values.
Compare the results of the company's financial specialist with different performances;financial specialists and counter staff ; financial specialists of the two banks to conduct a questionnaire survey.
The results of the study are significantly different from 「Empathetic」and「Collaborative」 this study are consistent with the personality traits of the case company financial specialist.
