Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 建築學系 === 107 === This paper has developed a blockchain framework for architectural collaboration. The framework is composed of building information modeling (BIM) systems that adopt Etherum to develop a simulation of Smart Contract Platform e.g. payment terms, liens, confidentially, even enforcement. From data assets to graphical information, the systems create a building life-cycle passport in every design transaction, which ensures the real and right information from this platform with transaction records. The contribution of this research includes: (1) redefining architectural collaboration by providing a blockchain framework with peer-to-peer transaction networks; (2) enhancing architectural design workflow by adopting blockchain framework; (3) architectural transaction platform adopting Smart Contract that can execute automatically Key words: Architectural Collaboration, Blockchain, BIM, Smart Contract
