How to stand out from other competitors and become a regular supplier of Auto-component factories is the main purpose of this research. This research uses the similar concept of reverse engineering and studies the supplier selection mechanism through AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) with the idea of reverse reasoning. After finding each factor of AHP and its relative weight, we can select and formulate the strategy under the framework of SWOT and five-force analysis on a case-by-case basis according to the weight ranking. The focus of formulating the strategy will be on the 80/20 rule, 80% of the resources and effort will be used to improve the top 20% of the important selection factors, and concentrate the resources to achieve the goal of standing out from the competitors.
