When the concussion is light, the memory loss is heavy and the memory loss occurs, which seriously affects the daily life. With the advancement of medicine and technology, sports training has been recognized as an effective rehabilitation training method. Therefore, this study will develop an optimization of the Intelligence Rehabilitation Running Wheel System and a set of Autonomous Sensory Radial Eight-Arm Maze Memory Platform. These two sets are mainly used for the study of animal rehabilitation behavior and animal memory cognition assessment. The most suitable wisdom rehabilitation exercise system is used for head trauma animal rehabilitation experiments. The memory evaluation automatic sensing eight-arm maze is used for animal memory. In the cognitive behavior experiment, the whole process is divided into three stages. The first stage firstly evaluates the memory cognitive ability of the experimental mice through the optimal intelligent rehabilitation roller and the memory-evaluation eight-arm maze evaluation platform. In the second stage, the experimental mice were injured by head surgery and then divided into experimental rats with rehabilitation exercise group and no rehabilitation exercise group, and rehabilitation training was started. After the rehabilitation, the memory cognitive ability was evaluated again. The third stage evaluates the memory cognition of experimental mice at the end of the rehabilitation session.
