In order to maintain the stable function of mobile communication system during operation, the mobile communication system relies on the wireless measurement system for monitoring some important telecommunication parameters and furthermore optimized of adjustment in Cell site or antenna tower. The wireless measurement system is the most common measurement system. This measurement system not only has a wide range of applications, but also can be hand-held measurement. The testing engineer can optimize and adjust the system base on measurement results. The wireless measurement system is very helpful. This paper will combine the current application status of handheld wireless measurement system in mobile communication system, and deeply analyze the functional characteristics and measurement results of handheld wireless measurement system to propose an improvement scheme. And present the prospect of the application with wireless measurement system .
