In recent years, with the continuous development of large department stores, the business environment of small and medium-sized department stores in Taiwan has become more and more severe. At the same time, the outlet, outside the town, is expanding with the rise of online shopping, which provides fast and convenient shopping for consumers, and directly divides the performance of the real department stores channel. Faced with the threat from other retail competitors, in order to continue to win the favor of consumers and not be replaced, department stores are making every effort to actively transform, not only to provide consumers with higher value-added services, but also to satisfy consumers in online shopping can’t replace the real product virtual service. This paper chooses the most suitable channel type for Taiwan department store industry as the research category, and uses ANP to find out the most suitable channel type for Taiwan department store industry is New retailing pattern Omni-Channel type through its management pattern and management strategy (innovation, growth, difference, cost, alliance) and its benefit analysis.
