Summary:碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 冷凍空調與能源系 === 107 === An experiment is performed the visualization on a cold plate in condensation and frost, design the Hybrid-Thorns pattern which is made by screen priting, using the wettability gradient and gravity to achieve the surface properties of condensate water movement and frost resistance. The experimental results showed that the Teflon surface was covered by a large number of condensate water due to the high wettability of Thorns-SHL, therefore the renewal operation was not working properly, compared with copper sample, the anti-frosting performance has improved by 7.9%, the droplets moving behavior and sliding system was working significantly on Thorns sample, compared with copper sample, the anti-frosting performance has improved by 52.4%, the heat transfer coefficient has improved by 16.2%, because of the high contact angle will increase the force to the melted water, the defrosting efficiency has went up by 20% as compared with Thorns-SHL, the large droplets adhesion is due to the contact angle hysteresis.
