This study takes the engraving of metal materials as an example, and consults the advice of five senior executives of a laser manufacturer in the middle. Ask them to pick out the five most commonly used laser types. Its purpose is to establish a set of laser engraving machines that can be used by the processing industry as quickly as possible. In addition, it is also a reference for the layman of the laser engraving machine industry to have a preliminary understanding. The method of this study is the application Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) combined with the Analytic Network Process (ANP) for analysis and selection. Firstly, the DEMATEL is used to select the conditions for the evaluation project of the processing industry when purchasing the laser engraving machine, and to explore the centrality and cause of each item of the standard, in order to obtain the correlation of various factors. Then use the ANP method to compare the weights of the dependencies and feedback between the sub-criteria and the schemes, and use the data results to find the prioritization between the schemes. The fuzzy theory is embedded in two methods, and the above steps are repeated to analyze the degree of the result of adding or adding fuzzy theory. The results show that the numerical values of the criteria added to the fuzzy theory are more consistent, and can more clearly show the advantages and disadvantages. The experimental results obtained by this research are mainly divided into three major projects: (1) In terms of criteria: cost (C1) is the first quadrant with high centrality and high degree of cause, which affects itself and other indicators. It is the key factor for customer evaluation at the time of purchase. The property of machine (C4) is falling in the second quadrant with low centrality, influence, and independence, the representative will affect other metrics, but it does not affect itself. The customer satisfaction (C2) and the customer demand (C3) belong to the third quadrant. The third quadrant is low in centrality, high in independence, does not affect other factors, and does not need to be managed. On behalf of this research, the laser engraving machine belongs to the customized product and belongs to the subjective evaluation problem of the customer. (2) Sub-criteria: The analysis results of the sub-criteria show that the customer's primary demand is high accuracy of engraving products, and the least important is low power consumption. (3) Project alternative: According to the analysis results of the project, the laser sculpture type that the industry pays most attention to is the fiber laser. Because of its high degree of engraving and the price is gradually reduced. The rest will consider YAG laser and a diode laser, short pulse laser.
