On-site 6S management is the basis of plant management, can improve the work environment rationalization activities, assist the plant environment improvement and facilities planning, enhance the efficiency and capacity of human staff, can enhance productivity and increase the competitiveness of the enterprise's products.This research paper takes the missing project of B customer audit G Company as the experimental object, first counts the 6S missing data, uses the 8D problem solving method, and uses the 5W2H analysis method and the fish bone Graph analysis method to analyze and study the cause of the 6S missing correlation, and the introduction reward and punishment system assists in improving the rate of the production line 6S. Contribution to the study of fusion new improved architecture, construction 8D + fusion using other analytical techniques, the resolve abnormal quality issues; reduce process product defect rate, improve after a difference of 0.58% and 0.87%, with an average repair reduction of working hours and direct labor standard cost, reduce the number of scrapped, needed to improve costs, improve after a difference of about eighty-eight thousand yuan (NT).
