Most importantly, Taiwan’s textile industry integrates the supply chain and has the competitive advantages in research and development. Thus, it has becoming the collaborative partner of various international brand manufacturers. This study takes Eclat Company and Makalot Company as cases and analyzes their competitive advantages and operational performance. This study, taking Eclat Company and Makalot Company as the objects, uses SWOT analysis and Porter’s five forces analysis to be basic theory and analyzes financial ratio. The results suggest that trying to develop all kinds of high value-added products and technology is the significant goal for adding the competitiveness in the textile industry in the future.
