As to the financing strategies, the important points include improving the inventory management, shortening inventory turnover, reducing the collection periods, and increasing the profitability. In marketing strategies, the company should classify not only the new and old markets but also the new and old products. The advantage in technology is the key component in this industry, especially in the competitive environment. The advance in technology depends on the research and development and we suggest that the R&D could be outsourcing. It can improve the competitiveness of company’s products. In addition, the professional production normally can draw a lot of customers’ attention. Good service induces good long-term relationship and the cooperation with customers can help in finding new products and providing better service. Finally, the human capital is also important in this industry. A comprehensive hiring system helps company find suitable employees and a good compensation strategy helps keep these key persons. In sum, the inside management should follow a standard of process and the S company should establish the description of each position in the company. Doing so, the operational strategies should be executed smoothly.
