Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 高階經理人碩士在職專班 === 107 === Enterprises and organizations are composed of employees. Facing the great environmental changes and the rise of international competitors, enterprisers must make changes in order to meet the challenges. The general studies about organizational change are simply applied to the management theories rather than using self-determination theory. This study aims to measure employees’ participation level of organizational change by satisfying the three basic psychological needs of their self-determination. The three are autonomy, competency and the sense of belonging. This study surveyed and collected data from 180 employees working at subsidiary industry of semi-conductors manufacturing. Employing structural equation modeling, this study found that when satisfying employees’ autonomy, competency and the sense of belonging, there was a significant change to their participation of organizational change. This implies that selfdetermination motivation theory has a vital influence in organizational change.
