碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 應用經濟學系所 === 107 === Owing to advances in technology, the relationship among corporates, society and environment have been becoming closely. Environmental concerns and human rights have been gradually emphasized by people, beside, many organizations have established norm of corporate social responsibility. Today, it is important for corporates to develop corporate social responsibilities and improving competitive capacity of enterprises. This study examine the corporate social responsibility have an effect on employee productivity, using a sample of Taiwan public companies from first quarter of 2014 to third quarter of 2017, a total of 70 listed companies. Our results show that high CSR firms can increase employee productivity and sustainable development of company because it is to care of employee health and working environment, to train positive attitudes and innovations of employees, to develop environment friendly product.
