Most developed countries in the world face the difficulties of population aging and soaring minimum wages. It is bound to introduce automated production for structural transformation. In the recent years, companies have adapted to change their entire environments. Companies need to constantly seek ways to strengthen the company’s long-term competitive position. The Toyota Production System (TPS) has been widely recognized as a potential way to increase productivity and reduce manufacturing costs. The core of a successful business needs to include the operations management and employees working together. Industry 4.0 increases the flexibility of the manufacturing process. In the global competition, a customization strategy is what makes your business unique. The purpose statement demonstrates that the study and research of the Toyota Production System (TPS) has shown to be the most performance manufacturing system. The Industry 4.0 initiative is still in the scoping phase with the demanding goal to become a highly integrated cyber production system. I conducted expert interviews and literature reviews as my research method. We had five experts bring a report outlining their recommendations for each industry and let these results more confidently assess to the actual awareness of the situation. Questionnaires are sent to the respondents and followed with a conducted interview. After the interview is completed, I will consolidate and analyze the interview responses. This study clearly demonstrates:(1) The manufacturing industry can become a lean company through Industry 4.0.(2) The essential steps in creating lean business processes are eliminating wasteful activities and making personalized items for our clients.(3) The technology of Industry 4.0 will deliver greatly improved manufacturing processes.
