But when the products provided by suppliers are caused by abnormal quality, the customer complaints will not only affect the corporate image, but also affect the customer''s willingness to place orders again. The purpose of this article is to have a systematic process that can quickly find problems, improve response speed and implement quality control operations, design an integrated company''s systematic process operations so that companies can properly track control and find problems and improve direction when quality problems occur. In this study, the enterprise product cycle management, ERP, and production management content will be consolidated to confirm the record content. After defining the customer''s requirements for quality, we will discuss 8D and common tools. Follow-up with the 8D process as the main architecture, brought into the company''s use of the system architecture, the way of application is to define the problem, select each attribute in the process, systematically guide, propose an objective improvement direction, and reduce the subjective experience judgment of the participants. This study presents conclusions based on the case analysis of actual exercises and inputs of Company H.
