The skin color of ''BK3N-01'' is green while that of ''BK3N-02'' and ''BK3N-03'' are purple. All the three cultivars have seedless berries. Different plant growth regulators were applied at full bloom and two weeks after full bloom. The results showed that the treatment of 10 ppm CPPU at full bloom produced small berries while the treatment of 10 ppm CPPU+ 20 ppm GA3 at full bloom could effectively increase bunch and berry weight. The treatment of applying 25 ppm GA3 once at full bloom, produced small berries but the juice total soluble solids was the highest. The weight of the bunch and berries treated with 25 or 50 ppm GA3 at full bloom and two weeks after full bloom were significantly higher. The treatment of 25 ppm GA3 + 5 ppm 4-CPA two weeks after full bloom significantly increased the berry and rachis weight, but the juice total soluble solids was lower and berry skin coloration was poor. In summary, the triploid grapevines investigated in this study had good flower differentiation and they all produced seedless berries. However, the inflorescences of triploid grapevines need to be treated with GA3 at full bloom to increase fruit set. In addition, the fruit clusters should be treated with plant growth regulators, GA3 and CPPU, to enlarge the berry size. In this study, the treatment of GA3, CPPU and 4-CPA after full bloom significantly enlarged the berry size, but also increased the rachis lignification and reduced its elasticity. The high concentration treatments of plant growth regulators also caused a negative impact on colorization.
