Obesity, poor diet, etc. One of the reasons is that there are many chemical additives in daily necessities or foods. These general additives can make products better or improve their shortcomings, but there are also many unscrupulous people who want to save costs. They use additives that are harmful to the human body or add too much additives. How to measure and standardize the use of these additives is extremely important. There are many ways to measure, but most require complex processes and are time consuming. Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) is a way to quickly detect and analyze. Generally, the test piece has better enhancement effect, the process steps are more complicated, and the cost is more expensive. It is not suitable for large-scale detection or general chemical detection. This study will discuss how to quickly produce SERS wafers using simple steps and inexpensive costs. This study uses wet etching to create a pyramid-shaped large structure on a silicon wafer, and then uses electrochemical process to create a microstructure on the pyramid surface, combining two different size structures to enhance the Raman signal, and the enhancement effect is tested with a low concentration of Rhodamine 6G, and finally the SERS chip is used to detect the toxic substance malachite green.
