Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 土木工程學系所 === 107 === This study takes the seismic bridge reinforcement infrastructure of the National Freeway No. 3 Zhuoshui river bridge as study object, and its construction planning and scheduling has two approaches: First approach is the bottom-up way, from foundation to cap beam reinforcement. The second approach is top-down way, from cap beam to foundation. Under the constrain of 825 construction days and in order to prevent the conflicts and interference among various projects and constrained to use the same resources. The following four types of restriction scheduling are considered. 1. Structural Safety Constrained Scheduling, for example, when the second pier is excavated, the first and third piers cannot be excavated. 2. Flood Control Construction Constrained Scheduling, for example, under the P4, P5 basic construction scheduling, it is not allowed to perform construction work 214 days per year. 3. Multimodal Construction Constrained Scheduling, there are more than two construction scheduling for the same pier. For example, like foundation first, cap beam support frame first, and cap beam construction platform first. 4. Resource-Constrained Project Scheduling, for example, the usage of construction devices, 1 pile driver, 3 sets of working platform, 3 sets of rail piles, etc. In order to complete constructions within minimum construction periods and fulfill the actual needs of the construction site, this study combined the Resource-Constrained Scheduling (Resource-Constrained Project Scheduling Problem,RCPSP) and Space-Constrained Scheduling to get optimal scheduling combinations. The scheduling combinations for this construction project produced 51 trillion construction orders, and its hard to be enumerated. In order to solve this complexity problem, by using dual-code gene integration and evolutionary algorithm with python program, it calculated the best optimized construction period and indicated the optimal combination only takes 693 construction days to complete the construction compared to original 825 days before optimized. It is 16% less than the original expected construction period.
