Summary:碩士 === 國立政治大學 === 教育行政與政策研究所 === 107 === This study aims to investigate the current development of the secondary school principals’ knowledge leadership,school internal marketing and teachers’ organizational commitment in New Taipei City, and to analyze the differences in teachers of different background variables are conscious of the principals’ knowledge leadership, school internal marketing and teachers’ organizational commitment, and to explore the relationship among the three variables. Finally, through principals’ knowledge leadership and school internal marketing forecast the teachers’ organizational commitment. Questionnaire survey method was adopted. The samples include 32 schools and 550 questionnaires were distributed. There were 526 valid questionnaires used finally in the statistic analysis and the usable rate is 92%. All data collected were analyzed by the methods of descriptive statistics, independent T-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, Multiple regression etc. The conclusions are as follows: 1. Secondary school teachers’ perception of principals’ knowledge leadership is above average while “enrich leaders’ knowledgement” was the highest, and “motivate members to learn” was the lowest. 2. Secondary school teachers’ perception of school internal marketing is above average while “management support” was the highest, and “convergence communication” was the lowest. 3. Secondary school teachers’ perception of teachers’ organizational commitment is above average while “retention tendency” was the highest, and “organizational identity” was the lowest. 4. There are significant differences in the secondary school teachers’ perception of principals’ knowledge leadership in terms of serving years in school, current position . 5. There are significant differences in the secondary school teachers’ perception of school internal marketing in terms of gender, current position . 6. There are significant differences in the secondary school teachers’ perception of teachers’ organizational commitment in terms of gender, age, serving years in school, scale of school. 7. The correlation among principals’ knowledge leadership, school internal marketing.and teachers’ organizational commitment of New Taipei City were medium and positive. 8. Both of the principals’ knowledge leadership and school internal marketing in New Taipei City have a predictive effect on teachers’ organizational commitment. According to the conclusions above, suggestions for educational administrative institutions, school administration, and future related research are proposed.
