Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立政治大學 === 教育行政與政策研究所 === 107 === The study aims to combine meta-analysis with structure equation modeling, two statistical methods, to analyze the relationship among principals’ transformational leadership, teachers’ job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior in Taiwan, and to assess the proper fit or not of the model. To achieve the purposes, first of all, searched and collectted 31 condition-qualified journal articles, theses, and dissertations in Taiwan. Second, obtained the correlation coefficient among observed variables with meta-analysis, and got a correlation matrix (13 x 13). Finally, verified the model with structure equation modeling. The results of the study revealed that: (a) there were all getting a positive correlation among the observed variables of principals’ transformational leadership, teachers’ job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior; (b) the assuptional model among principals’ transformational leadership, teachers’ job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior appeared well adapted to the empirical datum, and verification is verified; (c) teachers’ job satisfaction mediated the relationships between principals’ transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. Lastly, based on the conclusion of the study, some suggestions for counseling interventions and future researches were proposed.
