The questionnaire survey technique was used in this research and the research objects were the teachers in Taichung City's public national primary schools. The grand total provided 870 questionnaires, recycling effective questionnaire 478, the effective questionnaire recycling rate was 55%. After collecting valid questionnaires, the data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product correlation and stepwise multiple regression. The results were discussed separately. The main conclusions of this study are summarized as below: 1.The identification of school-based experimental education by teachers of Taichung City Public National Primary School is upper intermediate; especially the factors “content” is more significant. 2.The degree of perception of the school organizational change of teachers in Taichung City's public national primary schools is above the middle level, among the factors, the “organizational culture” is significant. 3.The degree of perception of the school competitive advantage of teachers in public primary schools in Taichung City is at a moderate level. Among them, the level of "image superiority" is much higher. 4.Male teachers who hold administrative positions, master's degrees, and serve large and long-established schools have higher awareness of school-based experimental education. 5.Male and senior teachers who hold administrative positions, master's degrees, and serve large and long-established schools have higher perception of school organizational change. 6.Male and senior teachers who hold administrative positions, master's degrees, and serve large and long-established schools have higher perception of school competitive advantage. 7.The higher the teacher's identification of the school-based experimental education, the more the school organization's organizational change will be; the higher the identification of the school-based experimental education, the better the competitive advantage of the school; the perceived organizational change. The higher degree the school organizational change perception, the better the competitive advantage of the school. 8.The school-based experimental education and organizational change of teachers in public national primary schools in Taichung City have significant predication on school competitive advantage. 陳榮政 2019 學位論文 ; thesis 179 zh-TW
