Summary:碩士 === 國立政治大學 === 經營管理碩士學程(EMBA) === 107 === Since the film, Butterfly Lovers, was released by the Film Studio of Shaw Brothers in 1963, the wave of Huang-mei Tone had start to flourish in Taiwan, while the songs and music in the film have already become the jewels that people can easily sing along. After several decades, the author has worked with Ling Po to reproduce the classic of stage play, Huang-mei Tone of Butterfly Lovers, before the audience. This study has conducted through the familiarity and personal experiences of the author with stage play as he makes use of this paper to analyze the business model of the film of Butterfly Lovers with the stage-play of Huang-mei Tone of Butterfly Lovers 40 and 60. Besides, the study has also incorporated the organizational ability as well as resources for exploration so that the stage play and corporate management can be rendered of relevant link. In this study, the research data is collected through interviews. These interviewees are related professionals who had participated in the stage play of Huang-mei Tone of Butterfly Lovers and also those experts who have in-depth understanding and investigation of stage play. The methodology of this case study employed as conducted is qualitative research (Qualitative Research) for in-depth and detailed description, analysis, and interpretation. The results of the study have shown that the film, Butterfly Lovers, and the stage-play, Huang-mei Tone of Butterfly Lovers 40 and 60, are, aside from customer groups, found with diverse positioning and development with regard to rest of the customer relationships, key activities, crucial partners of cooperation, channels, value positioning, and crucial resources, and others along with the progress of times and efforts made by the stage play, Huang-mei Tone of Butterfly Lovers. In addition, the stage play will also be conducted with connections with science and technology in the future as of the influence of digital technology and technological innovation. As such, the audience will have an innovative feeling for the stage play of Huang-mei Ton of Butterfly Lovers so that they enjoy the stage play with such luxuriant and magnificent style from a wholly different and diverse perspective.
