Description
Summary:碩士 === 明志科技大學 === 電子工程系碩士班 === 107 === This thesis presents three voltage-mode second-order sinusoidal oscillators based on voltage differencing inverting buffered amplifiers (VDIBAs). The first proposed circuit contains two VDIBAs, two grounded capacitors and one grounded resistor, which can provide four quadrature voltage outputs simultaneously. The use of grounded capacitors and resistor makes the proposed circuits ideal for integrated circuit (IC) implementation. The circuit exhibits independent and electronic control on the oscillation frequency without affecting the oscillation condition by adjusting the bias current of the VDIBA. The second proposed circuit contains two VDIBAs, two grounded capacitors and one resistor, which can also provide four quadrature voltage outputs simultaneously. The second proposed circuit exhibits independent and electronic control on the oscillation condition and the oscillation frequency by adjusting the separate bias currents of the VDIBAs. The third proposed circuit contains only single VDIBA, two grounded capacitors and two resistors, which are the least number of active components and the minimum number of passive components necessary for realizing voltage-mode oscillator topology. The circuit exhibits independent and electronic control on the oscillation condition without affecting the oscillation frequency. Finally, this thesis conducted simulations for the proposed circuits using OrCAD PSpice, and used commercially ICs, resistors and capacitors for circuit implementations and testing to verify their feasibility. Simulation and experimental results confirmed the validity of the proposed voltage-mode second-order sinusoidal oscillators.
