The dedication of the senior in the community voluntary service market can y increase their sense of value by helping others. Community volunteer services more and more diversified work, such as: home care visits, telephone inquiries, food delivery, companionship support, compared to other units of volunteer workers, such as: hospitals, public institutions, temples, foundations, etc., the number of community volunteers is small, but the service level is more. Community volunteers are the closest to the local community daily life and daily interpersonal relations, but also the village neighborhood relations to strengthen the local characteristics. However, the community is a daily life of people's field; the collection of daily interpersonal relationship, community work also strives to engage in building up neighborhood relations, community residents’ self-help and community residents’activities. This research used qualitative method to interview the volunteer team members of Fenglin Township, Hualien County, and analyzed the development progress of the community volunteer team and the volunteer team progress into three stages: the first stage is the formation stage, the influencing factors include: the practice of altruism spirit, the link of interpersonal affinity, the satisfaction of self-growth, Residents' health care, the integration of the root-and-branch community and other five levels. The second stage is the stage of conflict loss, and the causes of conflict include: unequal distribution of power, inconsistency of target interests and unbalanced interaction behavior. The types of conflicts are: parallel conflict type, vertical conflict type and tilt conflict type.
