Therefore, good housing management is the first priority for residents. At this time, the importance of the property company has greatly increased. If the property company wants to win contracts and renew contracts, human resources are the key. Through education and training, we can not only cultivate professional knowledge, skills, and work attitudes, but also increase employee loyalty and reduce absenteeism and turnover. The main purpose of this study is to explore the impact of the education and training of staff in property companies on job commitment and willingness to stay. Taking Hsinchu Foxconn Property Company as an example, the questionnaire was used to investigate the employees of the property company. A sample of 250 questionnaires was collected and 210 copies were collected. The actual effective questionnaire recovery rate was 80.4%. The results show that the satisfaction of training content, teacher and training effectiveness has a significant positive impact on job investment in education training satisfaction; work input has a significant positive impact on the willingness to stay; and training plan in education training satisfaction Satisfaction with environmental equipment and training effectiveness, teachers, and environmental equipment have a significant positive impact on the willingness to stay. In addition, in education and training, in addition to significant differences in duties, the remaining gender, age, education, marital status, and the number of children with property management did not differ significantly. Finally, the results of regression analysis in this study show that both the educational training and the work input of the self-variables have significant effects on the work input and the willingness to stay in accordance with the variables, indicating that education training and work input will affect the willingness to stay.
