Aluminiumisopropoxide and yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG) are main research drug. In the experiment add different inorganic rare earth elements(Ce3+、Eu3+、Gd3+) , different content of the Barium nitrate,sintering temperature to make different phosphor. Finally, XRD and Fluorescence Spectrophotometer were used to analyze form these phosphor. Experimental results show that phosphor with high cerium nitrate content can increase crystallinity. And the sintering at 1200 ° C of the phosphor is better than the sintering at 900 ° C. when Al2O3:Y3+,Ce3+ phosphor use the excitation at 460 nm, more Barium nitrate will influences strength that the emission at 475nm to 650nm.and the sintering at 1200 ° C can have the emission at 350 nm of the excitation. Al2O3:Y3+, Eu3+phosphor use the excitation at250 nm, more Barium nitrate will influences strength that the emission at 575nm to 625nm.
