Description
Summary:碩士 === 美和科技大學 === 企業管理系經營管理碩士班 === 107 === Xiaojia Ancient Temple is located in Jiadong Township, Pingtung County. It is a monument with architectural features, historical significance and abundant Hakka culture. It is also a very representative Hakka Temple in Taiwan. It was designated as a county monument in 1985. Recently, the government regulates the preservation and activation of Jiadong Xiaojia through the Cultural Assets Preservation Law. It is hoped that Jiadong Xiaojia can be re-emphasized and used, and then redraw the new life of the monument. In addition to further understanding the historical context of Xiaojia, this study explores the Xiaojiazuwu Management Committee established by Xiaojia’s descendants after the completion of the Jiadong Xiaojia Restoration Project through theoretical sampling, popular folk interviews and theoretical codes. The current situation of management and the dilemma of operation, and then study the resources needed for the re-use of Jiadong Xiaojiagu, trying to find out the goal of enabling Xiaojiagu to break through the existing difficulties and achieve sustainable development. The research found that although the operation of Xiaojia Ancient Temple has not yet had major problems, and the maintenance of the Xiaojia descendants can be extended, in the future, the cost of the restoration of the ancient ruins is huge, and due to government regulations, it will definitely cause Xiaojia’s financial inconvenience, on the other hand, Xiaojia’s ancestral home management committee is currently operating well, and Xiaojia descendants participating in the tour have a very positive attitude towards this work, but in the face of the generation’s fault, the future will be The possibility of the next generation of Xiao family taking over is not optimistic. Therefore, through the help of new thinking and new technology, we must scientifically guide the work of the tour, which not only saves manpower but also achieves the best results. In terms of working capital, in addition to the funds that Xiaojia has set up, it is necessary to expand the financial resources to assist in the future repair costs, and combine the surrounding businesses to form a circular settlement, to replace the solitary struggle with the collective efforts, I believe that there will be a breakthrough to achieve Xiaojia. The purpose of continued development.
